BNP did all they could do and the failure there was squarely on management. No one is going to finance 100% of a project for essentially a start up. The big difference with Allana is lining up potential partners such as the Chinese, Liberty and IFC. Basically, BNP can come back with 70% financing but if management hasn't a clue where to get the other 30% it makes no difference. Everything Allana has done is structured towards production IMO and why we deserve a premium in the market.
