One reason, why people will sell, today ONR is 70% margin-able.So we do not know what the new entity will be margin-ed at after the split.The Newco will get zero margin, and Poisdeon may get zero margin at first even if it trades at $10 and plus the shares have to be delivered I believe.So either way, i think there will be selling pressure.Confusion just leads to confusion which equals opportunityTeREK 8
