RE: Future86% is very close to he percentage needed to take this private. A rise on today's price is possible with a final offer to current shareholders. Offering $.25 would be the right thing to do, but I highly doubt Evergreen and MAA will do the right thing. Neither have done what is in the best interest of "real" shareholders. Why would anything be different this time around?On a positive note, I do think that the SP has found a bottom. Buying now for a flip or potential final offer could be rewarded.
