RE: 10;1 split and corporate restructure- consolidation of common shares, generally speaking, is a two fold admission on the part of the management. 1) that the management is a complete failure. 2) that there is and has been 'fishy' activities on the part of the management.
- in addition the market remembers that MTM is only worth a cent or two / share at best and even if they consolidated 1 new share for 50 old ones in due course MTM will trade around 2 cents / share. it is a historical fact.
