RE: RE: Daylight take out @ $10.08Daylight netbacks are ~$25/boe versus ~$50/boe.  So in terms of an operating cash flow multiple, multiply your numbers by 2.
Similar level of debt to cash flow as well.
Haven't looked closely at Daylight though - maybe their natural gas wells don't decline as fast?   Could have more undeveloped assets..
