RE: RE: Never cryEvery analysts report I read regarding PFC give a 5% chance of success to make it flow economically AFTER fracc simulation
For instance I copy I copy/paste of one pdf analyst report I have
"Southern Georgina Bassin, Arthur Creek “Hot Shale” shale.....on a 5% risked analysis guide"
"Altogether, this underscores a high risk/high potential return scenario."
"Oil shows of poor to fair quality have been recorded in a large number of wells, oil and gas generation has also occurred Source is therefore a relatively low risk in the study area. The critical factor in evaluating the Georgina Basin is the definition and evaluation of effective reservoirs in the Cambrian section. The vertical and real distribution of the potential reservoirs and reservoir quality is currently poorly understood."
"PetroFrontier has re-evaluated 29 wells that were drilled across their four permits, noting that many of them were logged, cored, recorded oil shows and were abandoned as unproductive based on the recovery technology of their time"
"offers investors a near term high risk/high return exposure "
"Despite the fact there have been oil and gas shows in past drilling; we have still risked Petrofrontier’s unconventional prospective resource at only 5%, until the play is proven commercial. Imputing value to an unconventional resource is more difficult. The conventional resource is risked at 15%, in consideration of the fact that the oil is discovered"
All report of analysts I read about Petrofrontier they all say the same : High risk/High reward play and 5% chance of success to make it flow economically AFTER fracc simulation.
I have a lot of respect for Popgun, Testuo36,oilspring because they understand it is a very high risk play but they accept there is there is 5% chance the shale can flow economically but still want to take that risk and invest in the play, it is there choice. But you PFCshareholder you are living in your wonderful land, in your bubble and dont want to see this is a very very very high risk play. It is not me who say it it is analysts.......5% chance of success after frac simulation.
And I even dont speak about the fact since they are facing huge mechanical problem which even reduce the chance to be economically viable.....
