defending public heelhe's a good counterweight to my relentless optimism. the reality is rbyc has crashed thru most of their timelines made in prior months and years. while i don't fault them terribly for this, it is true they have expected both the licenses and subsequent produx long ago. while I am sympathetic to how the story has worked out thus far, and am hugely excited and appreciative of the additional land packages, I think public heel is disappointed due to the endless delays in getting the licenses. In ruby's defence, everyone oughta take to heart the headwinds we are facing doing business in TZ. that orphanage article from 50 posts ago or so was hugely revealing as to the difficulty of getting anything done legally and swiftly in TZ. Kudos to Rob Slavik for what he's been able to accomplish on a shoestring. the timeline is more stretched out than he originally thought, but with 1500 km2 now, and no competitors nearby, a camp of over 100 employees, and a share count of 60M, we can all be very pleased.
