inter-market arbitrage

inter-market arbitrageThis is a general question that I'd like to understand a bit better in the context of YLO/YLWPF.

Anyone on here know anything about purchasing shares in a company on one exchange and selling them on another one they are listed on?    Though I haven't done this I'm assuming it's possible.

What about shorting on one exchange (e.g. pink sheets) and then covering on a different exchange (e.g. TSX)?
I am inclined to think the latter transaction is also possible though probably with some healthy fees??

Does anyone know anything about this?
