If you could do 1/8 of what the management has done in two years! Then you could complain.

Cline Mining Corporation, a Toronto-based company purchased the mine in 2009. The first coal was mined in February. Before then, the mine had not been used since 1996.

The New Elk Mine originally opened in 1951 by CF&I Steel Co. The mine produced metallurgical coking coal for its blast furnace iron and steel production plant in Pueblo.

The mine was then purchased in 1981 by Wyoming Fuels which operated it until 1989. It then served as a coal preparation plant operating with coal from other nearby mines until 1996.
