Not only would WIN be able to represent and licence IDCC's patent portfolio but it would immediately force the defendants in WIN's current litigations to surrender.

In addition, WIN would become pals with the other consortium partners and have first dibs on patents they own that they the want to sell...or entrust to Gladios to licence for them.

Clearly a WIN, WIN, WIN situation.

It is so obvious a fit for WIN that I am certain JS has looked at it.

Let's hope he drops the MSD bid and joins the winning IDCC bidders.

WIN's sp would jump to new highs on news of such an event.

BTW M Partners mentioned WiLAN in it's last IDCC research report.

I would expect they may be the next to initiate coverage on WIN.
