RE: Response from Jeff

RE: Response from JeffThis low ball bid was an inevitable outcome of having the share price so low for so long. And while I appreciate Jeff saying he is looking to get "the best price for all of us" I have to ask somewhat rhetorically why management didn't see this coming (and if they did why didn't they take pre-emptive steps to combat such a possibility)?

Where was the insider buying all summer, when  the share price was dropping from the $1.60s to the $1.30s?

Where was the promotion of the stock by Mr. Casse, who was explicitly hired to do so? If it happened I can't find any information.

The website still has NO information about financials past 2010. It also shows NO calender of events for 2011. Excatly where did this promotional road show go and where is it going?

I respectfully admit that WND has done a great job of building Kingman, Windstar, etc. this year on time and with regular updates to shareholders but running a publicly traded company also means respectfully answering to shareholder concerns. It appears that increasing numbers of shareholders have finally had enough under-performance, leadership methodlogy, etc. and would like a change. $2.50 seems low to me, but it's a hell of a lot better than $1.25.

Good lord, I'm starting to sound a bit like j_mart!  :)

Cheers,
El Joro

PS. I'm still of the opinion that if a formal offer comes our way I will sell half my holdings at $2.50 and let the rest ride freely.

PPS. With obvious exceptions of the Cardinal nature I've really appreciated the variety of opinions hereand how they have been expressed. Has helped me as a shareholder immensely.
