Thanks for the info.
While ENG may have earned that extra 5% through their work as operator during the past year, I still believe that there are performance bench marks for them to earn the extra 4%. This probably depends on them getting JV partner(s ) for the remaining 51% as well as managing the 3D seismic for Hartman. Time will tell.
