Reply for Investors RelationsI sent an email to them on September 7th concerned about not having any updates and the fact that management does not give crap about investors.
After a month, this is what I got which clearly says that they will drill:

We are moving the project forward and exploring all our options. We are eager to start the drilling on our block but do need to put the appropriate financial backing in place.
We believe we are making significant strides in achieving our objectives and hope to have outstanding issues resolved fairly quickly. We plan to be in a position to provide an update to our shareholders within the next 30 days or so.
