A little story Folks,i have a little story for you.It's based on Tintin's true story:<Coke en stock> It's called:<CROOK IN STOCK> (only the names have changed,to avoid lawsuits ,and the currency,too,for the comprehension)
The protagonists are Mr Ming of GG China and Mr Bacon for Kool Gold Broke (KGB Russia)
Mr Ming: I know,you helped us a lot to steal this little company called ZZC,but with Mr Poutine's plan nord,we decided to continue alone,and that's why we have this deal for you and your shareholders:300 millions ,so 1.50 a share
Mr Bacon:Great,it's big money,but i have a little problem,i don't own a lot of shares
Mr Ming:It's not a big problem,you just have to make a big pp,with a lot of warrants( let's say 70 millions, is it enough?) and you ,and your family and friends,are rich..And don't worry if we give them .80 instead 1.50$,they paid less than .40...
Mr Bacon:It;s such a good idea,but how making this without displease the crowd ?
Mr Ming:It's simple,i'm gonna suit you in Supreme court.I have zero chance to win,but it will give you a reason to pretend the company need money. It's a ming-ming (sorry,a win-win) situation:we don't pay a dollar more,and you have 25% of the deal in the family's kitty
