We will not be at the mercy of a gaggle of day traders who would gladly sell their soul for a 20% short term gain.
Never had a billionaire watching out for my interests, because they are his interests, too.
And the economics that will dictate price are his needs, which probably excludes any need for cash to meet a mortgage payment.
