Jentai, we have talked about this issue before. I disagreed with Management back then and I even disagree with them more than ever now. It doesn't cost much to put this in place. Better to be safe than sorry. As you are aware the poison pill is used very often by other companies to protect aganst low ball take overs. I just cannot see why these guys don't see that . The only logical explanation is they have  a different agenda. Time will tell but I am afraid it will be too late for us by then.
You never mention your average price but with a million shares I am guessing you are in the money by quite abit. So you should do ok. You just will not make what you  were hoping for.
