Fermont?

Fermont?Mont Wright, Kami, Bloom Lake and Moire Lake are all part of the Fermont iron ore district. CHM's Cluster 2 properties (Fire Lake North, Bellechase, etc.) cannot reasonably be described as part of the Fermont iron ore district. A misrepresentation by Champion management.
*
Cluster 2 should be called the Fire Lake properties. Fire Lake is far from Fermont and its amenities. Fire Lake is an 87 km drive from Fermont along 389, and 60 km or 70 km by plane (and of course, much farther from Labrador City and Wabush). The Fire Lake properties don't enjoy Fermont support infrastructure: no easy access to common carrier rail, no airport, no Fermont housing, no easy access to contractors and labor, no town businesses.
*
If Fire Lake North becomes a 8 MT per year mine, which will require hundreds of workers, where will the workers live? 87 km is a long commute from Fermont. Will CHM have to build a little town? Or will it be fly-in, fly-out? Both expensive options.
