settle down!!!

settle down!!!Holy smokes Shammy... best put the drink down and sober up... here's a reality check...

deep long leg HZ multi stage frac wells are running more than $4MM/well (with tie-in NOT included in that pricing)...
OIL is down almost 20% since the start of the year... which means the price for heavy and bitumen has taken a similar haircut...

WITH the majority of senior producers already rolling into construction of near a dozen SAGD operations anyone looking for services and talent to build another project at this stage is looking at paying a serious premium for the material and talent... when it becomes available in about 5-10 years...

NG... the US of A has all but replaced any NG imports that might come from Canada... NOT saying that we are not selling into the USA just that they could plug the line and still contend wioth their own demand... exporting NG will be waiting on pipe and a gas to liquids facilities well into 2016... Shell recently announced that they will be investing more than 25 Billion... into a liquids plant in Australia... anyone want to fuess where they will be selling that ???

Also heard that Russian and China were going to slip between the sheets on a multi-billion NG supply deal...

anyway... PMT is far too small... and loosing  too much cash flow to continue on it's own... I do not dispute that there's a chance that a related company... MIGHT make an offer... BUT PMT answers to shareholders... and so too do the other two... the offer would need to be substantial to disuade competition... and I just don't see PMT being worth that kind of premium... especially with YOU Shammy.. the most optimistic booster of PMT on the planet even conceding that perhaps it's time to think about parting out some of the "upside"...

Personally I think PMT is worth more to share holders whole... it would give the purchaser an opportunity to cherry pick the assets then "rationalize" the rest to create a discount on the purchase price.

as always its myopinion git yerown.
