RE: Quebec Nord

RE: Quebec NordI've noticed 2 trends in the Canadian iron ore sector. If a company has some pretty obvious infrastructure issues they do the following:
*
1) Invoke the possibility of the slurry pipeline. They always talk about them and they never get built.
*
2) Talk about Plan Nord, as if it will solve all their issues. I'd be skeptical about the benefits of this 25-year plan. How much money is actually being spent right now? Very little. Also, Plan Nord also has a lot of environmental focus, banning industrial development of about 50% of the Quebec's North. That doesn't sound good for mining companies.
*
Will Plan Nord help Champion, or any other iron ore junior, get into production by 2015? I doubt it.
