I'm going with weight of proven experience also. The majority of the major players at Consolidated Thompson (Stan Bharti, Bruce Humphrey, Brad Boland) joined the ADV Board of Directors, responsible for the major strategic decisions at the company. The top two operations execs at IOC joined ADV as CEO and COO, top management.

CHM just hired Quesnel and Duchesne as "advisors," not board members or high-level executives. No high level legally-mandated duties to the company, no day-to-day executive management. Good for a press release and a few compensation shares. Not a game-changer.
