In all likelyhood one would have to pay out of pocket for the use of the AURA in the same manner as a PSA test is not covered under BC Health Care. Perhaps 100 dollars per scan ... ??? You do the math ... in my estimate it wouldnt take long to pay for itself ... and there is always leasing ....
