RE: 2008 NPV

RE: 2008 NPVYou are forgeting that Elmer reduced the op cost by 2.4 billion and gave us a 20% IRR that will easily hold. Then we got high grade cu hits to add tonnage. Then came more high eq's opening up the North. I said we'd hit big in the South west because of the historical grades. Hand sample show good gold in addition it's over 1%cu. I'm calling for 1.78%cu and up to 5g/t gold. The ledge there contains 1/2 million ounce gold! It is 2 km long and under the historical we will find a 300-750 meter thick sheet of the high grade.  On the Southeast where no one is looking sits anothe anomaly with 1.5%cu and .58g/t gold. There's more but I'll address that later.

What's Teck's finance deal worth to someone? A buyer who wants to sit back and collect for the next 40 years might see that as worth much more than the 4x costs. A royalty company like Royal Gold would want us. I could point out more but it has all been said before. At current prices we are worth over $12 if you can see the true tonnage in the maps.
