RE: Getting ready to sell????WND realises that it must consider all offers put forward, even if they believe them to be inadequate, as it is the shareholders who will ultimately decide what is in their best interests. Probably the single greatest asset that AQN can offer is their access to capital, which has got to be more difficult for a smaller junior like WND. Of course the downside is the loss of opportunity that WND shareholders will give up if they sell. If WND could build itself into a much larger entity, they could also add significantly to shareholder value.
So shareholders must decide to take the quick gain and move that money into other stocks with similar growth potential, or trade them for AQN shares, or turn AQN down and stick with WND. In these uncertain times, it will be a tough choice.
I do wish WND shareholders well, and if they decide to go it alone, I hope WND makes you lots of money. What I hope doesn't happen is that the companies get into a mud-slinging match like we always see on these chat boards. Some freaks seem to take the banter here seriously, when we all know it is mostly for entertainment. We all like to defend our own stocks.
