RE: They Pulled A Fast One...

RE: They Pulled A Fast One... I am surprised more people arent up in arms about this info. I knew there were options coming and they'd be cheap but this is insulting!!!How can they give these away below the PP.....below the 50M Credit line price...hell, other than the last 10 days or so, they priced them at the absolute lowest price!!!!!! No 4 month hold........vesting immediately! There is really no pressure on management to succeed. Eigen is right, no mention of this in the NR. They can just go sell now and pocket a million. Is there no way to put some performance clause on this? At least hand these out when you announce real production in the coming months. Nobody would say a thing if these were free trading Q2. In fact it would make me think they were confident they were going to get it done and by the way, we just rewarded ourselves for a job well done. Any of us that have rode with CMK for the last year have been misled by management on production guidance and the reality that we are far away from bringing in cash. They have confirmed this with property sales and credit lines. They were evasive on the amount of product produced that we could call "commercial", and now they reward themselves with quick, cheap, fat options. Can anybody contradict this and tell me everything's cool? I can see this drifting along for months, ticking lower a bit at a time.See you all at $1.10-1.25. I cant believe they had the balls to do this.
