You do exactly what WIN did to MSD.

You make a hostile bid for WIN at a 30-40% premium and let the shareholders decide.

That is in the $8.50 range...close to the old highs.

It would likely end up selling for $10-$12 imo.

I say to Samsung, Qualcomm, Apple, Google or anyone else.

Offer me $12 for my WIN shs (a 100% premium over today's price) and they are yours.

Please, I beg you.
