Its hard to argue that it has been frustrating as an investor with the slow development of their business. Everyone invests for their own reasons. 

Overall I disagree with your statement that they do not have a medium to long term plan to establish growth in their company.

If you read the Management discussion they have identified that receiving product recognition from the provincial regulatory bodies is a key step to growing their business. It is obviously not a simple process as they have been working to receive acceptance in Ontario for about two years. They have also entered into the US market to diversify. This comes with its own challenges as although the product recognition is more widely accepted there is also more competition with other companies.

They also have a significant amount of suspended work orders (not cancelled) which is related to the oil/gas sector in Alberta. 

My prediction is that the growth starts this year.
