RE: Google the new partner yeah a buyout would have been better. this deal does not really do much for NAG materially. a bit of cash and/or shares will be a bit of a bonus but not enough to make a big change within NAG. Of course - it is good they got this jv, but it just won't do much for the sp or overall state of the company. wonder what is up with the drilling in SK? could b like someone said and they encountered problems and will have to redo the drilling when frozen..
