thank you for your response and my apologies, if I might have misunderstood, but this does not answer my question.

Teuton is alleging, among other matters , that American Creek breached the option agreementand...

What I understand is, that beside of having breached the option agreement itself, there also seem to be other important reasons to sue them... Any comments welcome
