$45 Be prepared

As The Arab pointed out early this morning, Andrew McCreath of Sentry Select Capital, announced on BNN this AM that Wi-Lan could go to $45/share offer without the acquisition being dilutive to present Wi-Lan shareholders. This sounded ominous and signaled "a be prepared warning" to all of us.
JMHO but I believe the fat lady has yet to sing.
