seasonal advertising trends

seasonal advertising trendsTo give the board a new topic, I was wondering about exploring any seasonal earnings trends at YLO.

I'm a newcomer to YLO and don't know some of the long term trends.  I've looked at the past 3 years but I don't think that's enough time to really judge whether one quarter is traditionally stronger than another.

I raise this because my own company does a significant amount of web development for small to medium sized businesses.   I know that Aug - Dec is a very busy time for us because so many people are trying to launch new sites or improve SEO on old ones ahead of holiday season.

Has anyone here been around long enough (back to 2003) to comment on this?    Are Q3/4 typically good quarters?
2009 would have been an exception for obvious reasons but any thoughts on this and what kind of performance we might expect?   Do a lot of new advertisers come on board in Q3?   When are subscriptions due for next year's book?    Does advertising revenue come in all at once or is it staggered over monthly or quarterly payment cycles most of the time.
