RE: RE: RE: RE: Hostile Take Over  Is it possible that N. Carolina might be allowing pharmas tax incentives to set up shop. I can't remember if they were having employment problems in that state a couple of years back but not odd for different states allowing better deals to draw in big companies. I know for fact that Alberta gave out deals in Ralph Kleins days and now Saskatchewan is the deal maker.
