We have heard nothing from either side. Have they met? Do they have some form of agreement?
Is there a plan from either side moving forward. I would agree, all concerned want this settled quick.
What I want to know is where they all stand in this process. Will it be amicable or a mess?
I would imagine those involved with the 13D know what is transpiring (if anything), but for us, as per
usual we remain in the dark. While all this is going on I certainly hope they have a few irons in the fire.
