RE: dilution on 0915988 BC LDNow that is what you call dilution. As a consolidation, us old Oilexco shareholders have the majority of voting shares if we could ever figure out how to do that.

You did miss one important part of the news releases, and that is 0915988 now has $200,000,000 in the bank, so the shares are worth 5 cents each. It is almost impossible to sell shares on the OTC exchange since the consolidation of shares has not gone through a transfer agent yet (at least at my bank). Looks like we're going along for the ride whether we want to or not.

Our new masters website is www.mfcindustrial.com and they trade on the NYSE as MIL.
