RE: Share Structure

RE: Share StructureThis differs somewhat https://apps.cnbc.com/view.asp?country=US&uid=stocks/ownership&symbol=mto.v noting that yours is dated March whereas my source undated at a glance.

I don't agree that institutional investors are less inclined to hold as long as retail investors. Many of the retail investors who have held this for some while were to an extent economic prisoners and would have puked up their holdings into the hands of the hedgies on the initial rise. I continue to build a position in Metanor on any weakness knowing full well that the expected $20m financing to cover the shorts off market was taken off the table through the Sandstorm deal along with the stock availability. We have seen some initial short covering but in my opinion it is a fraction of what is to come. Time is running out before the buzz of 'risk free' production washes across the market causing an influx of new money, that said, don't expect them to roll over as they really do want you to assist them with covering their short. They can't approach the institutional holders and offer them a premium in an off market transaction as that would scream desperation, they need you or to be more precise they need your stock to cover.

When the market takes a turn upwards again I would expect MTO to remain reasonably flat or perhaps even drift down for a short while to force the last few retail holders to puke up their stock in frustration..........................and then boooom, a C$350 - C$400m mkt cap in two shakes of a cats tail.
