That said, she mentioned it as one option of two, the other being conversion. That note is for all the optimists out there -- -hopefully to temper your zeal and keep you from now betting the ranch on series A/B shares. Proceed, as always, with caution.
With that caveat, I DEFINITELY found it interesting that she raised this possibility because it's an idea that doesn't just come out of the blue. It's clear they must be giving some thought to this. I like the notion and I think it's a very decent compromise.
