So far SHARKROCK has only announced an MOU to acquire a bunch of moose pasture. No "ECITING" announcements by SHRK about anything other moose pasture...like you suggest DLKM should announce.

I agree DLKM needs some exciting announcements, but IMHO...DLKM or SHRK stock going up or down has nothing to do with having or NOT having exciting announcements, and everything to do with HS. Let me explain it to you in simple terms so you understand...

SHRK -- HS owns almost all the shares = no liquidity = he or his cronies bought 348,000 shares in the past few months and took it from .10 to 2.48. Not too hard to figure out who is manipulating this stock. And where is HS getting his cash???

DLKM -- HS is blowing out his .05 cent paper driving the DLKM from .45 all the way down to .13.5 cents. But the volume was way larger than SHRK -- over 6 million shares -- because HS owns (as I understand it) around 22 millions shares plus another approx 10 million warrants at 7.5 cents (or whatever the crazy amounts are).

So it took way more stock to drive down DLKM than the small amount of 348K shares to drive up SHRK to 2.46. Not unlike the early days of DLKM when they had no stock out and it went over $2 really quickly. Yes, I was watching it even then.

So FALC, we're not complaining about SHRK price going up, we're complaining about HS destroying and driving down DLKM so he can make SHRK go up.

But then if the new TZ management had their thinking caps on in the first place, they wouldn't have fired HS and kept him in some honoury title role of "Founder" and we wouldn't have to plough through all his cheap SHlT stock selling in the mean time...and we would all be better off financially in our stock portfolios. Except for HS who is now sitting on 2 millions shares of SHRK trading at 2.48.
