RE: 13,500,000 Escrow Shares.....................Yes Escrow shares are commonly set aside for acquisitions however theymay be set aside for different reasons...heres some possiblespeculation:
1) Maybe Sig set them aside as the company is going to be taken out, resulting in support in minimum of 13,500,000 shares
2) Sig is selling part of his stake in the company, to Fredy, or whoknows who else and has put the shares in Escrow to ensure the sale ofthem, until a price for them is set.
3) The company is purchasing assets for shares
I may be missing the mark on Escrow shares, but that's my understanding of them...
Any other situations they could be used for!?
