JOINT VENTURE (50%)

Hello Everyone:

For startes, the changes made to stockhouse truly suck, it is difficult to post messages and why you do, it all comes out clogged.

With regards to Kurd30, he said that "sadly he has too much of Longford shares" yet he has been one of the biggest bashers of this stock.   I certainly would not recommend him as PR guy if that is the way in which he treats his investments.   He has a self-destructive attitude.  Well Kurd30, you deserve no profits.

Concerning Operational Update that LFD will issue, here are my 2 cents.   There will not be any major news except to inform investors of their new strategy going forward.   I think management has learned from VST experience that you truly cannot go at it alone on these oil fields.  It will crush you stock price since you need big funds and it is difficult to obtain when a stock trades in pennies.   Take the example of LFD, they would need to issue 500 million shares just to get a measily $ 25 million which is only enough for 2 holes.   At that pace, they need billions of shares, which is certainly not feasible.

The playing field has changed materially with the entry of Vallares, Sinopec and other Chinese companies.  The withdrawal of U.S. troops will send a flood of cash to this area as players rush in.

Longford must have realized that it is better to partner up like Genel did with someone whom has deep pockets and can properly drill this property.    A deal with Vallares, Sinopec or some other major player will be done by year-end since Vallares has paid done serious cash for a 1/2 of the 40% part owned by Genel.   This instills confidence to other major players to rush in before it is too late.   Longford has done well to wait as offers are surely coming in.
