RE: RE: HFT?Take a look at the Level 11 quotes. My observation is that this is being traded by a few brokerages regularily. Watch the online trader Jitney. They sell at .81 and buy again at .80 and .79. They will be sellers again today at .82 and .83.
This will go on all day every day so long as they have willing sellers. This online trader is buying for their account and flipping for pennies. Happy to make $50-$100 a day. I think the games will stop when the shares they sell, go to CIBC World and the likes of RBC Capitol etc. The volume will dry up because the big brokers will be investing not flipping. Check out the Level 11 daily and you can see the pattern. IMHO
