ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Sabina up 7.5% today.  something like 10% on the pink sheet version, but the Canadian listing is the true gauge.

I wish it weren't inadvisable to put too much $ into any one stock because Sabina is about the best value out there of any stock.  This thing is worth $10 per share.  I don't care if I paid $7 for some of my shares, I know those suckers are worth at least 10.  And the ones I got at 2.50 will have a nice gain at 10.

Frank Holmes did a column about how junior precious metals companies are almost down to their Nov 2008 lows.

Well, that is not the case with Sabina in the 3's since it was in the 30 cent range at the bottom.

Still, the overall point that Holmes is making I think is a good one, commodities are in a slump and precious metals are the hardest hit.
