FDR MEDIA GROUP CHANNELS TO LAUNCH ON BELL FIBE TV
KnightscoveMedia Corp. has signed an agreement with Bell Fibe TV to distribute itshigh definition channels Mehndi TV and Bollywood Times. Pursuant to theannouncement dated August 2, 2011 outlining the signing of an LOI forthe acquisition of 51% of FDR Media by Knightscove, the acquisitionremains subject to final approval by both the TSXV and the CRTC.
Mehndi TV HD is a channel focused on showcasing intelligent andentertaining programming catered to Canadian women of South Asianheritage. Bollywood Times HD is an all-action all-the-time channel.Mehndi TV and Bollywood Times are among the first South Asian HighDefinition channels to be offered in North America.

Beginning in November, Bell Fibe TV customers can tune in to Mehndi TV HD on channel 786 and Bollywood Times HD on channel 787.
