The Company holds NSR royalties on the Wedge copper zinc project, Ramsay, Reserve Creek, and Opikeigen gold projects.

RE: WHAT HOLDS SLAM BACK POOR RESULTS AND

Imagine where we would be if:

1) we had hit 1 high grade intercepts in March-July 2011 at RC
2) we had 130 million shares again
3) flubber had not singlehandedly bashed this stock down from 26.5. lol
