I AGREE!!!!!! I agree with Lovecarats, this is coming down to the wire and could get ugly. In addition, if the capital costs have greatly increased by say 50% and rough diamond prices continue to fall say by 40% what will the project economics be then. It seems the last diamond valuation may have been done at a market top, never desirable for a FS in my opinion. Investors might see through this and call many assumptions into question. Then how will you get financing at terms that will enhance share price if at all. Then either you shelve things and wait for better days, or let the dreaded over dilution begin. Guess you can just do another share consolidation. Just my opinion, good luck to all.
