- the operating cost at Tenke is $.91/pd. Operating costs for zinc are also much lower than current selling prices.
This is a great buy at these prices, not sure about how the Euro b/s will turn out, but LUN makes money, has alot of money inthe bank, no debt.
Will start to see cash flow from Tenke in the 4th quarter. Will be bought out within 6 months. The directors are under a lot of pressure to sell, could have gotten over $9/share back in April.
But, who knows how low it could go if the Europeans continue to behave like idiots.
