RE: RE: meeting
RE: RE: meetingThanks to both of you for the update. Nice to see Risky is back to himself again!
Notwhat I heard at all! Morrow said Evergreen "surprised" him byannouncing to mangament that MagIndustries will be remaining a publiccompany and there will not be another offer to shareholders. Evergreenis just a shareholder but with their pull financing will likely comefrom a China bank.
Why should anyone believe anything about a Chinese bank. What history has MAA had with Chinese funding over the last three years and how did it turn out?
2/ Does the board hold any shares?
No.Terms of Evergreen buyout. Currently he's unable to purchase but saidhe is ready to do so when he is again able to. Believes this is a goodbuying opportunity (taken with grain of salt..)
Management probably has a pile of money from scamming shareholders to invest when it is best for them to do so.
Never invest in a company where management has no stake in the game. They only care about their job and even in this case, their jobs are near the end of the line. They do not care about the shareholder.
Commented investors well protected by tsx, benefits in being based in CAN.
Morrow said probably 3 years to full production. An update on course of production will likely come in first quarter next year.
Potash prices and costs are now irrelevant. This project is so far away from being finished and money would have to be raised before anything concrete could be accomplished.
future financing either debt via Chinese bank or further dilution if required.
Fromthe discussion I heard about further financing I would expect it.Morrow said he and management invite shareholders to further purchase onopen market or in any further financing to join them in future gains.
Why would they say anything else. Towing the line as usual. "Join them in future gains"??? The only people who gained were the people who ran for the door at $.25. FACT.
personalopinion, Chinese now even closer to having a private pot company. Iwould suspect another offer on the way. If not, settling in for 3 moreyears of watching..
Your opinion means nothing to me and shouldn't to anyone else.
We all know that Evergreen wants a private company. It would save them millions of dollars per year and they would recoup their costs in about 3 years. They could finally toss the Burton Gang, not have to file anything in Canada and they can continue being crooked and no one would even care by then. A company doesn't get to 86% and then stay a public company. Give your head a shake.
