I don't know what to say about today's Argentine Government's NR, my initial reaction is that the selling is an over-reaction to information not easily understood by us lay people..........................besides I can't really type those 4 letter words to get them on this bullboard.

I have made a few calls (left messages) to people that should be able to give me some type of translation to what this actually means in plain english.

I'll let you know what I discover.
