The company couldnt raise its PE above 2/3. A Listing on a major exchange would have brought enough cash and along with a few quarters cashflow this could project have been bought outright.
I do intend to repurchase but as yet I have not recieved a reply from my two emails sent in.
I am still gobsmacked at the announcement but I stand by my statement that the share dillution is too brutal for such a poorly traded share to absorb over a 12 even 24 month period...UNLESS there is an update from the companies PR dept....42k traded today
If i were a new investor looking into buying this company saw the warrant overhang and this dillution I think it prudent to look elsewhere..
This is my interpitation of events and as no reply from monument is what I am going by until I read otherwise.
Will $70 million be enough or is there more to come...???
