IMO, it has been taking unbelievably long for Mart and JV partners to resolve this cashflow limiting snafu with AGIP.  It has caused stockholders to become very wary of what they hear about Mart because the original story that things should be resolved in a couple of weeks is now approaching 4 months or so.
