I think so.
Keep the SP where it is until the end of the year and then make a new offer at $.25.
I think Evergreen has a Chinese connection who is buying on the open market to ensure that another offer will get them to 90%.
Lets see how the stock reacts in the next two weeks. Watch the volume and see if some have finally thrown in the towel.
Remember the last offer was at $.15.
