RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Games -Now What?

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Games -Now What?So far I have been pretty good at speculating what Evergreen and MAA would do.  I will go on record as saying that MAA will be taken out by the end of January.  Remember that  48 million shares will do the trick.
Option 1 -  High Road - Offer $.25 to the remaining shareholders.
Option 2 - A numbered company (I will go off on a limb and say Chinese) will have amassed the 48 million shares required and will be swallowed up by Evergreen for a nice profit for those involved.  Evergreen will then attempt to de-list MAA and then it gets interesting.  Most likely a 20 day MA to the de-listing and that is what the holdouts get,
.14-
.18.
My gut feeling says option 1, but logic and history says option 2.  The Chinese could care less about public opinion and the minority shareholder.  If they can make a few bucks for a family member while squashing those that stood in the way, well that is just a bonus.
